1. Goals & Objectives

Client is seeking a landing page to provide insight to prospective clients and partners into the mission, values of Fire Flies Project Management as well as the services and experience they seek to deliver.

The goal of this page would be to highlight the unique and competitive advantages of Fire Flies Project Management.

Featuring its fresh, inviting logo and brand elements, the web page will also exude a level of professionalism and orgnanization that will attract interested prosects to want to learn more and to take action.

The main call to action of this landing page will be as follows:

- Capture leads of prospective clients and book appointments

2. Scope of Work Summary


Project deliverables to include:

  • Three-page custom wordpress website design and development

  • Fully responsive and compatible with mobile and desktop. Suggested templates will be provided as a starting point for design process and overall site layout.

  • SEO research and copywriting and meta-tagging

***NOTE TO CLIENT: Wordpress Site Hosting - Recommend to obtain externally due to the fact I don't feel you will benefit from the monthly hour of web edits at the beginning stages. ***

3. Project Costs


$2880 Total Services // 24 Allotted Hours (Additional materials, meetings, changes/fixes outside of those allotted above will be billed at an hourly rate of $120/hr.)

3. Project Timeline

Upon executed agreement, will begin necessary onboarding steps to capture the client's extended requirements and brand assets.
1. Strategy and planning (1 to 2 weeks)

Goal: Determines the foundation and requirements necessary for the success of the project

  • Core Deliverables:

  • Internal strategy sessions

  • Refining requirements of creative brief and technical briefs and drafting of sitemaps

2. Design (2-3 weeks)

Goal: Based on the template selected, apply the feedback from the creative brief and information gathered in the strategy stage.

  • Core Deliverables:

    • Template review

    • Design environment created

    • Implementation of creative brief feedback and requirements into the site

    • Update imagery,,branding, colors and font standards throughout the site

*This timeline assumes all assets are ready and available for implementation. If new assets are necessary to be created this could add to the timeline in this stage.

3. SEO Research, Content writing and assembly (2 to 3 weeks)

Goal: Draft content for the site leveraging SEO research and keywords for optimal site performance and organic reach.

  • Core Deliverables:

    • Establishing key messages and calls-to-action, 

    • Drafting SEO keywords

    • Porting over content from existing sites and editing text

    • Writing new text

    • Creating headlines, page titles, captions and text for SEO purposes, descriptions and tags.

4. Development and programming and tool integration (1 to 2 weeks) - This stage to be completed in parallel with previous stage

Goal: Complete the technical requirements and implementation of the sitemap and integrations

  • Core Deliverables:

    1. Custom html as needed

    2. 3rd party tool integration 

    3. Meta Tagging

    4. Sitemap implementation

5. Beta testing and review (1 to 2 weeks)

Goal: Internal QA review and sharing of site deliverable with client to share with the necessary stakeholders for review and feedback in a test environment.

  • Core Deliverables:

    • Test environment site for review equipped with an easy to use markup interface

    • Completed review that the site is optimized across multiple browsers, screens and mobile devices and ensure the site is performing as it should prior to launch.

6. Site launch (1 day to 2 weeks)

Upon approval from the beta stage, the new website is then launched with no interruption to the current site. The launch process can be simple and quick, but we do tend to leave the project open for a minimum of two weeks post launch to tackle any updates necessary.

Total Project Duration: 7 to 12 weeks Not including post-site launch 

7. Maintenance and Enhancements (ongoing)

Once the website has gone live, there will be ongoing upkeep, in terms of hosting and security, as well as content creation and accessibility. There is also a great opportunity to keep improving on the site based on real user feedback and requests. For some of our clients' sites, we recommend scheduling periodic reviews so that the website is continually enhanced.

4. Agency Responsibilities


Agency to provide regular updates regarding the status of the project and communicate regularly with client to ensure project meets all deadlines.

5. Client Responsibilities


Client to provide timely response related to project needs and assets including but not limited to providing project requirements, feedback and approval, and change requests to the overall scope of the projects. Client understands delays in providing assets, feedback and approval by dates outlined by the Agency can result in project delays.

6. Payment Terms

50% deposit is due upon project kickoff and final payment to be remitted prior to site being pushed live

This figure is an estimate, not a quote. It is based on the information provided, and may be inappropriate if additional information is forthcoming, or specifications change. It is valid for 60 days.

Accumulated hours will be billed at the end of each month. Payment is due 21 days from the invoice date. 3% interest charged after 21 days.  


Cancellation Fee:

Equal to the amount of expenses incurred at time the project is cancelled. Time frame: 1 week for Technical Set Up 1 week for Approval of Website Map 4 weeks from approval until Launch Date of Website

7. Conditions & Acceptance


Prior to the start of the project, proposal may be amended upon collaboration with the client.
